A 16-room RSCN lodge in a converted 1940s British field hospital in Azraq, the usual base for birders and photographers visiting the Azraq Wetland Reserve and the Shaumari reserve. The wetland, the Arab world's first Ramsar site, has boardwalks and bird-watching facilities and has recorded about 329 bird species on the Africa-Eurasia flyway. Open all year.
