Edo van Uchelen's dedicated OVERNIGHT marten hide in the Drents Friese Wold near Vledder. 300m walk from safe parking. Fully equipped overnight: stackable bunk beds floor heating toilet fridge kitchen slider system beanbags. Setting illuminated by daglicht-LED lighting (solar powered — animals do not react to it). Stone marten pine marten badger and polecat have all been photographed multiple nights. Individual stone martens recognisable by unique throat patch. Pitch dark environment — mobile phones cannot be used. Complete silence required. Species appear without fixed schedule — patience is essential. Daytime use only possible as add-on. The only commercially rentable overnight mammal hide in the Netherlands with all four mustelid species possible. From ~€100/night (check website).
