Sable Dam Sleepover Hide (Kruger)

A hide overlooking Sable Dam about 10 km from Phalaborwa Gate that is used as a day hide and, after gate closing, as a sleepover hide for one party a night. Occupation starts half an hour before gate closing and ends half an hour after opening, so photographers get dusk, night and dawn at the water. It can only be reserved through Phalaborwa Gate, which also issues bedding for a deposit.
