Brydon Thomason — Shetland-born-and-bred naturalist and professional photographer. 15+ years running licensed hide operations under NatureScot authority for Schedule 1 species. Pioneering work: the only operator in UK offering specialist photography assignments at red-throated diver and Eurasian merlin nests under licence. Also Great Skua and Arctic Skua bathing hides; raven hide; otter tracking (daily encounters almost guaranteed given local expertise). Orca recorded every month of the year. Co-leads tours with Kate Humble Iolo Williams and Jon Dunn. Custom seasonal itineraries tailored to each client. Partners with Shetland Seabird Tours for gannet diving boat trips.
